6. Recipe Import & Third-Party Content
The Service enables you to import recipes from third-party websites and platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and various recipe websites, as well as from PDFs and photos. Regarding imported content:
We do not claim ownership of content imported from third-party sources
Recipe imports use automated extraction technology, including artificial intelligence, which may not always produce perfectly accurate results. You should review imported recipes for accuracy before cooking
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your importation and use of third-party content complies with the applicable source's terms of service, copyright laws, and any other applicable legal requirements
Imported recipes are stored in your personal collection for your private use. Sharing imported content publicly (such as posting to the community) may have additional legal implications that are your responsibility to evaluate
We may cache imported recipe data to improve Service performance. Cached data may be cleared periodically
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platforms from which you import content.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service incorporates artificial intelligence and machine learning features, including but not limited to recipe extraction from imports, recipe generation from photos (Snap Cook), AI-generated recipe images, recipe quality validation, and personalized recommendations. Regarding AI-generated content:
AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational and convenience purposes only
AI-generated recipes, nutritional information (including calorie estimates), cooking times, and ingredient lists may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
You must independently verify all AI-generated recipes for safety, accuracy, and suitability before preparing or consuming any food. This includes checking for allergens, verifying cooking temperatures, and confirming ingredient safety
AI-generated images are artistic representations and may not accurately depict the final appearance of a prepared recipe
We are not liable for any harm, injury, allergic reaction, foodborne illness, or other adverse outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
AI features may use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic) subject to their respective terms and usage policies
8. Community Features & Moderation
The Service includes community features that allow you to post recipes publicly, view other users' profiles and posted recipes, and interact with community content. By using community features:
You acknowledge that publicly posted content is visible to all users of the Service
You agree that other users may save copies of, cook from, and interact with your publicly posted recipes as permitted by Service functionality
You agree not to post content that violates these Terms or our content guidelines
We employ automated moderation tools (including image moderation and content quality checks) to maintain community standards, but we do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected or removed
You may report content that you believe violates these Terms, and we will review reports at our discretion
We reserve the right to remove any community content and to restrict or terminate the posting privileges of users who violate these Terms
9. Deep Links & Sharing
The Service allows you to share recipes, group invitations, and profile links via deep links. Shared recipe links create a temporary snapshot that expires after 90 days. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of content accessed through expired or invalid links. Group invitation links contain invite codes that may be revoked by group administrators at any time.
10. Push Notifications
With your consent, the Service may send push notifications for voting reminders, meal plan updates, group activity, and other Service-related communications. You may manage your notification preferences within the app settings or through your device's operating system settings at any time. Disabling notifications may affect your experience with certain time-sensitive features such as voting.

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, logos, graphics, user interface, algorithms, recommendation engine, and all original content created by Supper (excluding User Content), are the exclusive property of Supper and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Supper.
The Supper name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Supper. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service or any part thereof.

14.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including but not limited to situations where we reasonably believe that: (a) you have violated these Terms; (b) you pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the Service; (c) your account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; or (d) continued provision of the Service to you is no longer commercially viable.
14.3 Effect of Termination
